We invite you to the seminar «Investigating disputes among femocrats and the institutional architecture of equality in Europe and Latin America», organized by the GEYPO (Gender and Politics) group, which will take place on March 6, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. (CET).
The seminar will feature the following presentations:
11:00 – 11:10: Introduction and moderation by Anna Lavizzari, Postdoctoral Researcher, Department of Political Science and Administration, Faculty of Political Science and Sociology.
11:10 – 11:40: «The contentious politics of femocrats. The impact of intra-feminist conflicts on Italian gender equality policies» by Francesca Feo, Postdoctoral Researcher, ERC SUCCESS project, University of Bergen.
11:40 – 12:10: «Femocrats and femocracy: a theoretical review in light of a comparative approach between Chile, Argentina, and Spain» by Lucia Miranda Leibe, Academic at CISJU – Universidad Católica Silva Henríquez.
12:10 – 12:40: Discussion.
